Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid Lexcellent subscriptions and purchases.

Lexcellent is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Anton Elizarev, Armenia.

1. General Policy

Paid access to Lexcellent may be sold through Paddle and, in the future, through Apple App Store In-App Purchases, Google Play Billing, or other payment providers.

Refunds are handled according to the rules of the payment provider used for the purchase and this Refund Policy.

2. Paddle Purchases

If you purchased Lexcellent through Paddle, you may contact us at support@lexcellent.app to request a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may approve a refund where there was a technical issue, accidental duplicate payment, billing error, or another reasonable issue related to the purchase.

We may refuse a refund if the Service has been used normally, if the request is abusive, or if the request is made after a significant period of use.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take additional time to appear on your payment method depending on Paddle, your bank, or your payment provider.

3. App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you purchased Lexcellent through Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies.

We may not be able to issue a refund directly for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play. You should request the refund through the store where you made the purchase.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the payment provider where you purchased it.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments. After cancellation, paid access may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period unless the payment provider applies a different rule.

5. Free Plan

Lexcellent may offer a free plan with usage limits. Free plan limits are not a basis for a refund of paid subscriptions unless required by applicable law or the relevant payment provider's rules.
